Time to FULLY retire Andrea! This woman was just short of doing nothing beyond adding a listing in the MLS. She brought NO buyers and offered NO advice after more than a dozen showings (from other realtors). She makes you feel comfortable, pretends to be your friend. I made the mistake of trusting her. Once having a contract in hand, it was apparent she was looking out for the buyers (not us) with very little communication to us (HER clients). This 'realtor' insisted there was no way I could get a much needed extension on the closing date, yet when the buyer needed one - they not only GOT it, BUT ... Andrea Laplante DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME! All the while, I'm pressed and rushing to move out (three days before I actually needed to). This was MY original request that she told me couldn't happen!!! Also, watch for those addenda - she won't communicate those details until closing, at which time she TOTALLY sides with the other party! Considering the $THOUSANDS in commission the sale of my home brings her, I expected a professional level of communication and consideration for my best interests as my agent. The list could go on, but I want to keep this short. BOTTOM LINE: This woman does not give a damn about ANYBODY or ANYTHING (other than getting that over-sized, under-earned commission check in her hand). She showed no signs of working ... and no signs of caring. I wouldn't recommend this woman for selling a tool shed!! My honest advise - STAY AWAY from this phony, ruthless woman!!
