What a pleasure it was working with Andreea on our recent home purchase. She treated us like family from day one. Andreea Iliescu was the BEST agent, hands down. This was our first Home purchase and we had been looking on line and going to open houses for years. So here it is! I'm one of those very picky clients that has very specific ideas of what I want. So when I decided to buy a home I decided to give Andreea a shot based on the great things I heard about her from a friend who purchased a home through her. I'm very busy so the last thing I wanted to do was look endlessly at tons of different homes. I told her exactly what I wanted and that I didn't want to look at more than three homes. The first one was nice but just didn't quite hit the mark. A few days later she showed me a second and voila! I walked into my dream home. Being an out of state buyer is never easy but Andreea made my very difficult purchase process easy. I couldn't be there on the closing date and didn't see my home until 4 weeks later as I was busy getting my out of state home ready for the market. During that time she helped me arrange/manage a new flooring install and an extensive bath remodel. She was always quick to respond to all my questions. I have purchased many homes and i have a lot of questions/ideas so I needed a seasoned professional and she is that. She really listened to me, made suggestions and answered all my questions. I could not have done it without her and despite the stress of all that we had a lot of laughs!
