Andy is the best realtor in CNY - hands down!!! I really cannot say enough about my experience with Andy. Andy is the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful from start to finish. Andy was an excellent realtor for me and my family. He was always very pleasant, personable and professional. He was quick to respond to our very demanding needs and held up well under pressure. I would definitely recommend Andy to my friends and family. We had the opportunity to work with Andy on three different homes. We sold two homes and purchased another. Andy represented us through various different scenarios. From a quick sale with many bidders to a sale that took two months and then on our final home purchase where we had a difficult negotiating situation during the contingencies. As a child my family moved a lot from state to state and throughout all the years of dealing with realtors and house hunting I never met a realtor as outstanding as Andy! Andy was extremely vested in helping my family to find the perfect home to fit us. He never got tired of my questions and was extremely fast with the responses. He made sure all the details were taken care of with our paperwork so that there would be no hold ups in the process of buying our home. He truly was as excited as we were to get our new home and was right there with us sharing our ups and downs through the experience. I was shocked and more than impressed when he even showed up in jeans and a t-shirt to help scrape paint the day we did the home repairs needed for the FHA inspection... For anyone who has never dealt with a realtor, this was truly an amazing thing!!!! Andy was always professional and polite. Looking at houses can be very tedious but Andy made it fun. He never tried to show us homes that were out of our budget's comfort zone as a lot of realtors will tend to do. Even now that our home buying process has ended and we closed on our home... Andy still checks in with us to see how we are settling in and how our children are adjusting. (Our middle child is high functioning autistic and Andy understood how important it was for us to have home where he would feel safe... He helped make sure that our children had a chance to see the house before we would put in an offer to make sure they would feel comfortable.) Andy made our home buying experience an extremely positive one... He honestly loves what he does and it shows. As long as Andy is in the real estate business there is no one else I will go to... I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Guys like Andy are few and far and we are extrodinaily lucky to have found him. Thank you so much Andy... Andy is the model for honesty, integrity, and hard work! He provides personal, and very friendly service at all times. He seems to always be available to answer questions and makes you feel like your his only client. He works very hard to make sure deals go through while never being pushy or pressuring. He was able make good observations and recommendations on my property as well as price accurately. He advertised well, held open houses, and worked with other realtors to in order to have a large number of people viewing my home. I would (and have) recommend him immediately. He makes what can be a stressful experience into a pleasant and exciting one.

We met with Andy on a Thursday, we listed the following Tuesday and then we had four showings and three excellent offers came in by Wednesday evening! We sold our home in 2 days!
