4/27/2011 - Persistent, knowledgeable, honest, detail orientated, professional is how I would describe Mr. Belcher. As a skeptic, someone that addresses issues logically, and someone with analysis paralysis I came to the realization that going through a short sale is no easy feat that gravely affects my future! I wanted to ensure who I hired would best represent me. I did a lot of research and asked all the hard questions when interviewing potential agents. I found that Mr. Belcher is well versed in this niche area called short sales and expects the same commitment from his clients in providing critical information in a timely basis in order to be successful. With a clean track record, a brokers license, and most importantly his passion I felt confident to place my future in his hands. 3/15/16 - Andrew helped us purchase our home this past March 2016. He is very professional and kind he got a long great with my husband and daughter and really understood our specific needs as a family. We were really lucky to find him. He made the process as simple as he could and he kept a strong line of communication with us the whole time and explained each part of the home buying process. We really felt like he was on our team. He found us exactly what we wanted and for that we are forever grateful. He is a great listener and also determined to help you reach your home buying goals. It was so refreshing to meet someone in the industry who is kind humble hard working and trust worthy.

8/28/2017 - Andrew went above and beyond when I was ready to start my house-hunt. I could not have invented a more patient, observant, or knowledgeable advocate. He was constantly available for questions or ready to offer comments (often at hours I wouldn't expect) and was always ready to hit the road for a viewing on a schedule that didn't impact my work hours. 4/15/15 - My husband contacted Andrew about a house he had listed that we found over the internet. We were both impressed at his quick response to our calls. As my husband was ill I flew into LA for 7 days to find a house with in-law quarters. I brought the documents Andrew said would help the process of attaining a house. He worked tirelessly with me. We saw 30+ houses. He was good at getting a hold of the selling realtors who would not call back in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable about the areas where we were looking even though he also works in other areas also. He could tell me what zip codes were better than others. Andrew is professional, knowledgeable, considerate. and untiring. He heard me when I told him some specific things we needed. I highly recommend him. We found the perfect home for two families. He was able to recommend people to give us estimates for necessary improvements to the house.

10/5/16 - It's rare that you find a realtor that is earnest in their respective efforts, comprehensive in all aspects of their craft, and rooted in integrity and forthrightness, but Andrew is that rare breed. I met him in 2011- it was a tumultuous time for our family. It was the tail end of the economic downturn that gripped America. In the midst of a tornado of activity Andrew was the beacon of clarity that allowed us to navigate that dynamic.Again in 2016- faced with a completely different set of circumstances and challenges whereby we had to sell a home and purchase a home Andrew was that constant that steered our family to a wonderful end.
