Andrew and I started our journey late 2016 in search of my ideal home based on my requirements. That changed quite often as I begun to understand the market. Despite this, Andrew brought me to my current home and closed in March 2017 with extreme patience and diligence translating my needs with what the market had to offer at that point in time. He also organized an open house to find me tenants. He is quite respectful, organized and dedicated - always available at a moment's notice.
- Working with Andrew has been such a pleasure, He knows all the answers to every question that I had and told me a lot of things that I didn't know and what to expect. He has stuck by my side from the beginning of this process all the way to closing. Personally I am a picky person and I like to see a lot of options before making a decision. There were points where I knew my preferences were a little over the top but to Andrew nothing is impossible. With my request and detail I was looking for Andrew found me house that I wasn't expecting to be able to get in my price range and in diamond. Without his hard work and dedication I would have never found anything close to it. There were some issue along the way with the seller but Andrew was on top of everything as they were happening and resolved every issue. I cant thank Andrew enough and I truly appreciate all the hard work he has put into getting me this house. I hope anyone looking to buy a house gets there chance to work with him.
