Andrew is an excellent Real Estate agent. He is very attentive, a great listener, and really understands his clients needs and wishes. We received the first offer on the house in less than a week! We received much more. The house ended up being sold in just a couple of weeks. He did such an amazing job with advertisement and showings. We will definitely be using Andrew again!

My partner and I were looking for a realtor with experience, honesty, and integrity. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns, but Andrew Castelo made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was accommodating and gracious as we developed the vision of what our home would be, and was diligent in helping us find it. He took the time to explain everything so we felt in control of the process, giving us the confidence to buy our DREAM home!

It was great working with Andrew! He was responsive to our needs and wants, helped us find homes that met our criteria, and gave great suggestions on what to do when making an offer. Helping us get our house was proof of his negotiation skills. We put an offer on a competitive house, and although our offer was not the highest monetarily, he was able to negotiate and advocate for us and got our offer accepted.

Its crazy to think that we closed within about a month of starting my house search. He was also there for me after closing when I had questions and doubts about getting situated in my new house.

Andrew was prompt, professional, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the long process. He was able to find a house within our budget that had 99% of what we wanted in a house. My husband and I loved working with Andrew. We were purchasing our first home and had a long "need" list, and Andrew was so patient, answered lots of our questions and showed us quite a few homes that would have fit our family well. He was fun to work with but was also able to really walk us through the more stressful parts of buying like understanding what we were signing, appraisals and inspections.
