I would just like to say that I have been dealing with Courtney Budin at the South Tampa office of Remax. She has been awsome she always takes the time to help me no matter what questions I have. She is very professional and always strives to provide me the best service possible.

I wanted to share some of my experiences with Courtney Budin. I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (Mortgage Lender) and have business relationships with literally hundreds of real estate agents per year. Therefore, it takes quite a star to stand out from the rest. Courtney is one of those stars. Some of the ingredients of the "litmus test" for a superstar agent is how patient they are and, more importantly, how they handle and process challenges and stress. I heard about the Duncan Duo from Ron Diaz from 620 WDAE. I listen to Ron and Ian everyday and heard about the Duncans guarantee to sell your home program, which consequently didn't end up suiting my needs - one of their other many programs did. I looked at their website and did some research and it seemed like they were the right group for me. Relocating from Boston, We just purchased a house in Odessa using Tarin Silkworth from The Duncan Duo as our buyer's agent. Tarin took the time to understand our needs and desires. Michael made a few suggestion's about things I could do that would greatly enhanced the unit which had been severely neglected by the tenants. Reluctantly, I did as he had suggested. I bought a home with Devan Duncan from The Duncan Duo. Devan was very thorough and patient and helped me to navigate through many issues including some home inspection and financing challenges. I started working with him because he was very responsive and I liked his style not a pusy sales person but rather a good communicator, honest and no BS. I didnt realize at first that Devan is the brother of the owner but it certainly didnt hurt my faith in his ability to get the job done. One other thing I will say is that Devan was very honest with me every step of the way even pointing out things Id missed at certain homes to make sure he felt good we were going after a home that fit our needs and wouldnt turn out to be a bad decision. I will certainly look him and Duncan team up again when Im ready to buy or sell in the future. Overall wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Duncan duo. We worked with Robert Johnson as our listing agent. He gave us great advice about prepping the home for sale and pricing it. I heard about them on radio and called about their guaranteed or they buy it deal. I wanted to list it higher and negotiate down but after meeting with robert he explained the idea of listing it more at value to create interest quickly and it worked. We sold to a cash buyer (we got 4 offers) and I got a bit more than I wanted. Listen to them about their pricing strategy ....it works! Ive talked about Andrew on radio for years so I guess I should have been surprised when he sold my home in Beach park in 4 days for 65k more than I thought Id get (15k above asking which was 50k more than I thought Id get). They did a really neat video, something in all my years Ive never seen, with actors that helped to showcase my home and neighborhood. Im a radio personality and I get a lot of people wanting me to pitch their service or product and Im always focused on backing good people.and these are good people. They did exactly what they said they would, communicated well, marketed well and came through with fantastic results. I couldnt be more pleased and I will continue telling people how great the Duncan Duo worked out for me.

I heard about The Duncan Duo on my way to work driving as they are all over the radio. They offered this guaranteed sale program that was intriguing. After meeting with them, the guarantee didnt quite suit my needs but I strongly considered it. I just wasnt in a hurry to move and didnt have a place to go yet. My home took a few months to sell and it went under contract once and fell apart for something they had no control over. But, the beautiful thing is that the 2nd time it went under contract we got an even better price. I was concerned that them knowing the original contract price could hurt me in negotiations or that they may push me to take an offer at that # when one came in, but the opposite happened. The offer came in at the same price of the sale I had before, but they negotiated and helped me get more 5k more than the last offer! My home was a unique home and I really couldnt be more happy with the results.

Andrew and Angelas team is fabulous. Ive worked with them several times as both a buyer and seller. Most recently, I bought a great rental property that I may build on in the future and they have listed and received offers, though not yet closed on a tear down house / rental property in South Tampa that I own. They are responsive, care about their clients and their whole team is fantastic.

I worked with Devan and Michael to help me both buy and sell a home. We had some last minute obstacles that they helped me overcome. I was very appreciative of what they helped me through both in getting a great price on the sale of my home as well as representing me in the negotiation and purchase to help me get a great deal. I was really impressed when I learned about The Duncan Duo when I saw their website and all the marketing they do. Its not something Id seen from a real estate company previously and Ive been involved in several home sales. I had met with other Realtors before meeting with them and was really unhappy with the lack of professionalism and energy from some of the stodgy agents Id been in touch with. This group couldnt have been more different technology, social media, videos, they really know how to market homes and get them exposed. If they brand themselves this well and spend this much on marketing, theyve got to sell homes at least that was my thought process and it turned out correct. My husband and I worked with Dania Alvarez to find a beautiful new home. We were living in Philadelphia and trying to find a home in Florida, which made things a little difficult. I sold a waterfront luxury home with The Duncan Duo. I learned about Andrew through the Glenn Beck show. Andrew did a great job of giving me guidance about what to do in the house to get it ready for sale. Negotiations on our home lasted for ~5-6 weeks. During that time, our contract was cancelled twice, and there were hundreds of emails and phone calls that eventually made the deal happen.I'm sure it was the most difficult deal of the year for Karen, but we wouldn't have the house we have today without having her involved.
