I moved to AZ to get second opinion for my wife who had cancer. Andy did everything to help with this process. He sent our stuff to AZ and sold what we did not need, he cleaned and fixed up the house and got it ready to sell, sold our extra car, absolutely everything. Then he sold our house for almost top price in a market where there were other, very stunning, houses in the area for sale at a lower price and in a down market. Andy did an absolutely superb job in every way.
