Our daughter and son in law were in town for the holidays from Washington D.C. She is considering a position in the Midlands but had already had a negative experience with a realtor. I had viewed a home with Andy Walker about ten years ago and had recalled a positive experience so I took a chance and called him with the hope that he could show us a few homes in the Shandon area. He could not have been more gracious or accommodating despite the fact that it was the day before Christmas Eve and their potential to purchase was, at this point very tentative. He worked with our schedule and had several homes in their price range lined up within a couple of hours. He was absolutely the perfect combination of interest, enthusiasm and professionalism. Although I set up the appointment and spoke with him about arrangements to meet, he never forgot that his clients were my daughter and her husband. It was apparent that this was a standard practice of his and for my husband and I, who have been in the shoes of both buyers and sellers, we really appreciated that he went beyond the minimum requirements of just showing homes. I cant emphasize too strongly what a breath of fresh air it was to have Andy Walker on that rainy December.
