Angel Munoz

Mr. Munoz was incredibly unprofessional when my fiancé and I scheduled an appointment to see a property for which he is the selling agent. A day prior to our appointment he confirmed that he would meet us at the agreed upon time at the property. The day of the appointment he emailed (not called) about 20 minutes before with questions about financing. Although I responded as soon as I saw the email, we were already at the property and waiting for him at which point he never responded to any phone calls or the email which confirmed our financing. I hope the seller is aware he lost potential buyers as we are qualified well above the list price. I would not recommend Mr. Munoz to a seller or a buyer - I would give him 0 stars.
