With our selling scenario we had multiple offers within 72 hours and after everything was said and done we had a signed contract for over our asking price. The market drove our "best and final" offer up but having Angie and NextHome as a partner in this transaction opened our pool of buyers as it had been previously listed as a FSBO.

For those who know Angie, you most likely know that our families have been close friends for over 25 years.
