With a high end semi-custom home that we were forced to sell due to our own financial downward spiral, Ann stepped up and worked tirelessly to help us stage, market and finally sell our home with amazing expertise. Ann is a wonderful agent. We met her at an open house when we were just getting an idea of what was out there and what the prices were. Unfortunately we didn't like the house, but we wound up having her find us a home and sell the home we were in. She did an awesome job finding out exactly what we were looking for and previewing the homes so that we weren't wasting our time looking at homes that didn't meet our needs. She did a wonderful job selling our home as well. Everything went very well. We were extremely pleased with an and ther quality of service she provided us.

It was luck that brought us to Ann and I have to say it was certainly "good" luck. Ann has been able to make a stressful experience: selling a house in PA , buying one in Scottsdale on the same day, moving children mid year from school and having to drive during Christmas a very joyful experience in the end.
