Having been in the business for so long I know the inventory in most communities and llisten to the buyers needs to connect them to the right home. How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in? I research the solds diligently and am very sure when I make an offer it is the right price for that property. If the listing agent does not agree I ask to see his comparables to make sure the home is not overpriced for the market.
