Ann Huizen

Ann was the best realtor we could have had. She told us exactly what to do to our former house to get it ready to sell and not only did we sell on the first day, but we sold for thousands of dollars more than asking price. When it was time to buy, she worked hard showing us numerous houses and getting an idea of what we wanted. She actually asked us about a house she liked for us and we went to see it and it was perfect. Ann is a hard worker, she's extremely knowledgeable about the realty business and knows tons of agents out there. Almost every realtor we seen at open houses knew Ann and loved working with her. Hiring Ann was the smartest thing we could've done.

We really enjoyed our home buying/selling experience. It was because of Ann. She made the process very easy. She was always available with any type of question that we could think of day or night. I would highly recommend using Ann as an agent.
