I regularly preview properties and send videos to my clients, making sure they are poised to make an offer when the right home becomes available. I love the strategy involved with helping clients who want to sell and buy, whether it is a Move Up into a bigger home, or a Downsize into a smaller home and simpler life. I will advise you on the best way to meet your goals. I am a mom, and love working with families relocating to the Chapel Hill and Durham area. I can answer questions about schools, athletics, activities, and faith communities, and will show you the best neighborhoods based on your price point and wish list.
