Terrible. We rented a house from AUG Realty, the house was old and had many issues when we moved in. Some issues we knew about and accepted, others, such as a big leak in the roof we did not and were not disclosed to us. In the two years that we lived there they did not repair the leak. We had furniture get damaged, etc. and when we moved out they kept our deposit claiming that many of the issues in the home were our responsibility. They found any excuse in the book to not give our money back. I would not recommend Ellen or this company to anyone.
