I can't speak enough good things about Ann. You have to meet her and work with her to know more. My husband and I interviewed a few real estate agents for seeking out home and helping us buy another. When we met Ann, we were certainly most impressed. Going with her has been one of the best decisions we have made. From the time we signed her to be our agent, things moved extremely fast. We don't know what more we could ask for in an agent. It's hard to break down all she's helped us with, but I'll try. Knowledge - Ann knows the market. She can anticipate how it's going to move, and help guide your decisions based on it. She saved us tens of thousands of dollars when purchasing just by timing it correctly, based on market indicators, seller priorities, and negotiation. Amazing. Process Expertise - Buying and selling is confusing. Really confusing. She explained every little detail clearly and concisely - contingencies, escrow, everything. We were really comfortable with the process because of this. She has an excellent mortgage broker that she works with, and together, they handled our very complicated situation and got us into the house we wanted. Responsiveness - Ann will work for you. She is relentless - even after the purchase has gone through, she is following up on every little detail to make sure nothing has been missed. She has a great list of contractors she works with, and was able to get us great deals on things we needed worked on for our house. I can't emphasize enough how great she is at this. Negotiation Skills - as I mentioned above, she saved us a boatload of money with her market experience and timing. We would not have gotten the deal we did if not for her help.
