Tony was an amazing realtor. I was selling my rental property (which his rental company was already maintaining for me!) and the process was as seamless as it gets. He gave me great advice about whether I should do property maintenance or not, he was clear but allowed me to make up my mind on the selling price, and I received three offers within an incredibly short time, and closed yesterday. Using Docusign throughout helped to reduce the time commitment normally required, with my busy schedule I really appreciate that. He always responded to me quickly as well. We found Tony by searching on Yelp and ended up using him for two consecutive real estate transactions. Here is what happened: Last September we decided to move. We know a few realtors so we decided that we had to find someone we didn't know so we wouldn't hurt any of our real estate acquaintance's feelings.We searched Yelp and found The Alfano Group. Tony came to our house and he explained his process to us. He was well-prepared and professional. We immediately felt comfortable and confident in his presentation so after vetting a few other realtors we decided to use Tony for our home sale. Tony walked through our house and honestly told us what we had to do to properly stage it for sale. Everything Tony did or asked us to do in preparing to sell our home was well thought out and logical, so we put ourselves in his hands and followed all his instructions. Here's the best part: Tony put our house on the market on a Thursday as we were going out of town. By Sunday dozens of people had viewed our home and we had 10 solid offers, half of them for more than our asking price. On Monday we went to Tony's office to go over the offers. He had everything organized and answered all our questions helping us decide which offer to accept. The sale was extremely smooth and Tony handled everything! Our house sold for $11,000 over our asking price. It is now January and there are still homes for sale in our old neighborhood that were for sale before we started.I highly recommend Tony if you're selling or buying a home. He's very responsive and always returns calls, even nights and weekends. But our experience with him didn't end there.Tony also helped us find our new home while we were in the process of selling our old one. He did a good job of understanding our preferences and guiding us around different properties. We ended up finding a home that was well beyond our expectations. In fact, in many ways we didn't completely know what we wanted until we saw it. The new house was a little out of our price range but with Tony's help we ended getting it for a good amount below the asking price. We love this new home and were extremely happy.Even after our purchase, Tony stayed in touch making sure everything was going well. We had a couple of questions and small issues with the new property after closing. We called Tony and he dealt with the seller and handled them for us. Tony was extremely professional in his interactions not only with us but with other realtors we encountered in the course of both transactions, some of whom were not so professional.Another bonus was that Tony has previous experience in the mortgage industry, so his knowledge and advice proved very helpful as we dealt with the daunting loan approval process.Everything worked out well beyond our expectations.
