Anwar is the consummate Real Estate Professional and had big shoes to fill for our particular Rela Estate transaction for the sale of a rental home we owned. My father was a master 40 year Real Estate salesperson during his life and Anwar handled himself and the sale of our home as well as my father could have. He brought buyers into the area from other areas, produced a beautiful sales video, splashed the home all over social media sites and he and his team are what I consider "Marketing Wizards". Anwar gave us great service from Day One! He looked our property over and was able to connect me with contractors to make some important repairs before he made the listing. He gave us a complete analysis of the fair market value of our house, and suggested a good price that was right at what we wanted to get. Once our house went on the market, Anwar made sure that a lot of qualified buyers viewed it, and got us a full price offer in less than ten days. He helped us understand the ins and outs of the sale (this is the first time selling a house for us) and took care of all the details to wrap up our sale. Anwar is the best!Less
