April Mauch is the best realtor in town. She is very knowledgeable in her own field of work. She really takes care of her clients based on our own experience. She held our hand from the beginning until the end of our home buying process. Very honest and reliable in every way. Thank you for helping our family find our home. April is very hard working, professional, diligent in all she does and is extremely dependable. We looked at several homes over a period of time and not once was she ever late meeting us at a location or for an appointment. Something I really appreciated was her clear and constant communication. April never kept us in the dark about anything as we were waiting for responses from offers or other things to pan out. She definitely went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure we were taken care of. A bit of a random thing to shareMy son got salmonella poisoning during our time of looking for a home. It was extremely scary as the Dr.s and hospital could not and did not correctly diagnose what was going on with him for weeks and his symptoms were extreme (he was not quite a year and a half years old and unable to tell us what was wrong). During that time, after I apologized to April for why we had not been responding to her emails she would check in periodically on him and see how he was doing. Once we were finally in the clear and he was recovering she came to my work to drop off a little gift card and treat for him. I share this because it demonstrates that she cares about the individuals and people she is working with. She never made us feel only like a business deal or just clients, she was very genuine and a blessing to our family and what we were dealing with at that time. I think we had the best experience we could have had when buying our first home, thanks to April. Sure, there were disappointmentsa couple offers didnt go through, but that had nothing to do with April. She definitely always assisted us in every possible way she could! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!!

My wife and I are helping our son get establish in Scottsdale. We ran into April working an open house and she has been very resourceful and supportive ever since. We are yet to make a decision or stay in town long enough to make a decision and yet April continues to be timely in her responses and eager to support.
