April is a wonderful, kind and generous person. On top of all of that, she is the best realtor out there! She has helped us with the purchase of two homes and the sale of one. April is simply amazing! She was very professional yet at the same time so easy to talk too. She really understood what we were looking for and was very patient with us throughout the process which in our case took a couple of months. She is honest, professional and simply a lovely, fun person to be around. Once we decided the house we wanted to make an offer on she handled all that comes with that wonderfully, including the negotiations. She is incredibly responsive which was very important to us. April has many years experience which was apparent in all aspects of dealing with her as a broker and throughout the process.
