April Peterson will make you feel like family instantly. She took care of us and we knew that she had our interest at heart. I don't believe we could ask for a better person to work with. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Being military, one always knows to brace yourself for change. April went well above and beyond for us. We initially were supposed to be moving to Pensacola, and she spent uncounted hours searching for houses for us. When we found out we were not going to Pensacola, she turned her attention to areas surrounding hurlburt. What I love most about April is that she really took the time to get to know what we liked, and disliked, and centered her search around those things. She made sure to try and hit every single "must have" in our showings. Once we found the house we wanted, she went l, again, above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the offers were fair, and that closing went as smooth as possible. April, by far, is the' greatest asset! Should we buy/sell again, she is absolutely, without a doubt who we will use.

First off let me say, I was moving from several states away and only available to come into town for one day to look at homes, April was a godsend! In her professional yet friendly and easy going way she took what I wanted, helped guide me on the local area and found me the perfect home! She was willing to act in my best interest even if it was to sway me away from a particular neighborhood. That's what you want in a great real estate agent, someone you trust with the expertise that I clearly lack. I would recommend her to anyone! Buying and closing on a home half way across the country can be a daunting task but April made it a breeze. I wish I could use her to buy every home for the rest of my life!

April was extremely helpful finding us a house. She helped us find a mortgage company, insurance, and everything else to make home buying less stressful. She helped us look at houses until we found the right one. She responded fast to all our requests. She worked closely with negotiations with the other agent.

April helped navigate us through the home buying process as first time home buyers. She was very patient and accomodating to our needs and never tried to upsell homes above our limit. She warned us away from troubled properties we thought we liked, and was absolutely correct in her assessment. We are very satisfied with the service she provided us

April was very helpful in this long process. She help me get the bid in while offering me insight on what the best steps to go about it. Although I didn't buy the house, she was very helpful. She set up the inspection for me and even though I decided against buying that house, she has been available in helping me with my search

With April's help we bought a house without even seeing it first when we moved to the area from overseas. I thought this would be terrifying but she made it very comfortable! She took videos of the house to help us "walk through it". She gave her unvarnished opinion on the house, the neighborhood, every step of the process, everything. That made her worth her weight in gold. I felt like I had someone I could really trust instead of having to constantly interpret sales double-speak or second guess if she was just saying something to help close a deal or because she really thought it was good. We love our house and are very grateful for all the work she put into helping us find it and buy it. April is the best.
