I work with April frequently as I also work in the industry.... When it came time to buy a home, I had no doubt she was who I wanted to use as an agent. She truly cares about her clients and helping them with their buying and selling needs by any means necessary. She is laid back, honest and easy to talk to. I couldn’t ask for more in an agent and real estate professional. April Poley has my business for life.

April Poley went above and beyond to sell our home in a tough market. Our house was on the market for approximately 18 months, and had been listed with 2 different realtors. April was our 3rd, and last hope. She took the challenge head on, and found a buyer within 6 weeks. She was there every step of the way, which was crucial because we were already out of state. She worked tirelessly to negotiate the best deal, coordinated companies for repairs and clean up, and was our hands when we couldn't be there. I cannot sing her praises enough. April Poley is knowledgeable, professional, and a superb example of an exemplary agent.
April explained everything in great detail as to where I can understand it. She is one of the most honest people that I have ever met and she made my home buying experience easier than I ever thought it would be. I would recommend her to anyone and I have!

I didn't even know that was a possibility! She filled us in and walked us through the whole process. With April behind us it was such an easy process, she did all of the leg work. Any time we had a question she was always there. I never had to wait more than an hour for a response, and to be honest most of the time I didn't wait 5 min. She really was on top of everything. She even kept in good contact while on vacation. We were able to make a sale in about 30 days, that I believe everyone was more than happy with, thanks to her hard work. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take us through this. If you want someone who keeps in good contact and honest in their assessments April Poley is your girl. I can't recommend her enough!
