- Arian showed me homes
I gave 1 star because Arian is a cheat and a dishonorable person. I have provided labor for him and he refused to pay and cheated me over money even though I have provided the services at almost 65% off the discounted rate of the regular cost for the same services. If he is stealing from and cheating his labor people, I imaging that he is also in some way or another cheating his other clients. Also I know that he treats badly and cheating his tenants, especially when emergency services are requested. In addition he is aggressive and abusive, and have anger issues, even though he is good at hiding it. I would suggest working with another and more honorable realtor if you dont want to risk being screwed.
