Ashley Heerman

Ashley was very dismissive and arrogant and doesn't even realize it, that's the tragic part. She seems entitled and detached. This was a big deal for my family to sell a home and she seemed as if she didn't care. Come back to earth and humble yourself Ashley

Ashley has been simply awesome! Initially, we had engaged with another realtor co. They put the property on market for nearly two weeks but we got no offers. They suggested we drop the price by ~15k. We gave up on the idea of selling. Enter Ashley 😊. Ashley reached out to me since she had previously helped us buy this condo and had seen the ad. She convinced me that she could sell it at our asking price, if not more. She got the unit cleaned and staged it so well that we received four requests for viewing and an offer at list price within 24 hrs of her listing it. We accepted the offer! Thank you Ashley! You are simply amazing! Not to forget you were just as good when we were buying this condo! Thank you, Ashley!!
