He bought his first pice of investment property in Wilson NC then built a massive investment portfolio. In 1999 he and wife Parkie bought their first Remax franchise in Henderson NC they owned franchises at lake Gaston, Kerr lake, in Henderson and Oxford NC for over 19 years Ashley moved his family to Wilmington NC in 2013 where they still live. Ashley is very well versed in most aspects of the real estate business with over 12,000 hours of full time experience.
