I am Julie Damron, a Real Estate Agent/Broker with BlueCoast Realty. I absolutely love what I do and in turn this inspires me to know everything I can about the property I list and sell, the majority of that being water front, water view and/or water access. It is hard to escape the draw of water views. While that can't be duplicated beyond the choice of specific locations, it is important to also see beyond the glassy seas and understand other attributes completely unique to this location. For one, if you are considering building, rebuilding or expanding there will be codes to evaluate for water front property unlike areas inland. If you are a boater, you will want to understand the depth of water and tidal changes, perhaps locations for Safe Harbor Marinas. I will keep my eye on all that goes along with making sure your property purchase is what you expect it to be for the present and future as we collaborate on all the possibilities . I am happy to educate and supplement so that all my clients are well informed and can make good decisions. I suppose that comes from my previous life as an educator.
