Autumn made the experience of selling our home easy and seamless. The thought of selling and all that that entails was overwhelming but Autumn knew what needed to be done and walked us through it. She even staged our home for pictures and showings while we were out of town. We moved out of state or we definitely would have asked her to help us find our new home. She spoiled us, and we found that not all realtors are as confident and ready to help as she is. Autumn is extremely professional while still being friendly and approachable. Her knowledge of the local housing market is exemplary and she knows well how to navigate realty industry.

My wife and I would (and will) absolutely refer anyone we know (and don't know) to Autumn. From the moment we met her, we decided to go with her due to her honesty, personality and knowledge about the market as well as real estate in general. My wife and I had a bad taste in our mouth from a home we sold in 2011 that was on the market for 18 months. Due to that, we did not have the most optimistic attitude about putting our house on the market. Autumn changed that! We listed our home at just the right price, where we were able to take advantage of multiple offers and get more than we dreamed of getting out of our home (even though it was worth that much too us). She was always responsive and willing to help us, or ease any concerns we had, at all times. We also were able to purchase the home we wanted at the price we wanted with her help of course! If you are looking for an agent who is personable, knowledgeable and will go to "bat" for you, Autumn is that person!!

Pictures were great, MLS pointed out the most desirable attributes, and the inside was staged impressively.
