We have all heard stories about what a pain the home buying process ( and some real estate "professionals" can be, but Barbara really made the entire process seem quite the opposite. With this being our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions and Barbara was always ready to assist with any questions/concerns we had throughout the process. She is extremely knowledgeable with the greater Sacramento market, and is very realistic when helping to weigh in on pros and cons to properties and price. She is skilled at being able to bring you back down to earth in those moments when, perhaps, a house or features of a particular property temporarily blind you from your original list of must-haves, and does so with a gentle nudge. We never once felt any type of pressure to make decisions sooner than we were comfortable with. When our offer was accepted, she provided a timeline of important dates and updated us as those needed adjusting, with an explanation and follow-up as needed. Barbara has been in this business quite awhile and her knowledge and expertise is evident! She is accessible, and attentive, and clearly loves her job. She referred us to an equally awesome mortgage broker who helped us through that process as well. We cannot recommend Barbara highly enough, and we will be happy to refer our friends and family in need of her professional real estate services in the future as well!
