Granted you were the BUYER's agent but in that capacity you worked tirelessly to insure both parties needsand concerns were addressed quickly and professionally! It is truly a blessing to have a caring individual, watching after every detail, one can turn to with any question about their transaction. Your clients, the BUYERs, hit a homerun when they chose you to represent their interests and find them exactly the property they wanted. You are not only a great lady, a consummate professional, you are also a credit to the real estate business in New Mexico. We would recommend your services to anyone without hesitation.Thank you!

Barb helped us purchase our home in August 2017. We were moving from the east coast and it took us almost 10 months to find and home and move to Albuquerque. She was so patient and always available. We flew out twice for house hunting and never found that perfect home until we returned home to find something online. Barb was kind enough to FaceTime a showing for us from afar and help us negotiate an offer to get the best price in a fantastic neighborhood, we closed 3 weeks later. Barb is a great choice if you're looking for a patient, fun and experienced Realtor!

After our first meeting I knew I had met one of the best of the best Broker Associates in New Mexico. Adding to that, was her partner that also exceeded our expectations. Together their listening & negotiating skills along with their sincerity & honesty lead us to our locate our dream home via Skype. Anyone that can convince my husband for us to put in an offer from out of state, from a virtual walk thru, along with almost a 120 day escrow, that flowed seamlessly through their countless work effort, has our vote for life!

Barb is very knowledgable and helped us find a house that we are in love with. This was our first time buying a home and we were a bit overwhelmed. She was very patient with us and guided us in every step of the process. She did a great job drafting our contract/offers and negotiating on our behalf. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Barb was the realtor for the plot of land we purchased for our new house. She was extremely helpful and made the process easy. We liked her so much that we called her when we were ready to sell our current home. Her responsiveness and knowledge were incredible. You think you know what goes into selling a house until you go through the process. From listings, open houses, and realtor lunches, to appraisals, inspections, and closing, she was there to walk us through it all. Thanks, Barb!

You made the process so smooth and trouble free. We will gladly call on you for any future needs! We appreciate you very much!
