The energy used by a family in a home can be substantial part of the monthly bills. Mortgage payment, insurance, H.O.A. etc. are determined before the closed of a home. Why don't the listing agents provide the electric / energy bill from that listing as apart of disclosure. I will bring my clients to understanding the bottom line of living in the home.I will be training other agents how to use the electric energy bill as a positive in marketing a home.
