Basia Kosik has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years and is a Gold Coast and Streeterville Specialist. Her concentration, by choice, to a limited geographical area allows her to truly be an expert. Throughout her career she has represented clients, both buyers and sellers, while working for several different boutique firms. Early in her career, she learned firsthand much about the industry having worked both here and in Miami for a major developer managing all of the sales in the Miami market.
