He was very patient with us through the whole process, even showing us additional homes at our request after we submitted the initial offer (or when we asked to see homes that did not match the criteria we initially provided him). From the moment we first talked with him all the way through to closing, he was a true professional and easy to reach if we had any questions or issues. He was able to help us negotiate a fair price on the home we ended up purchasing without much trouble, and everything went very smoothly after the contract was signed. He continued to make himself available to us all the way through to closing. I highly recommend Beau to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.

I first contacted Beau Ferguson on Easter in 2008 because I was driving around a neighborhood and saw a house I wanted to inquire about. He called me back that day which I did not expect since it was a holiday weekend. That impressed me right away! He was very friendly and agreed to meet with me and the rest is history. He was very knowledgeable, prompt on finding out answers to questions, offered advice, set up appts for inspections, and kept me informed the whole way thru the buying process and on to a smooth closing. He does it all and always with a smile. He has kept in touch with me over the years which you just don't see this kind of service anymore. Beau is great in that respect! Because of that, he was the first person I thought of when just this year I was selling my Mom's condo. I called Beau, he came by and told us what we needed to do to get it ready for listing, helped us out with cleaning etc, got it listed, and it sold the next day! He will always be my go to guy for all my real estate needs and I will always HIGHLY recommend him to friends/family.
