Although I grew up in FL, I graduated from Univ of Tennessee, Knoxville with my BS in Accounting. After being a CPA for several years, I decided to pursue my true passion, real estate, and have never looked back. I have been a multi million dollar producer ever since. My goal is to provided the best customer service possible: help my buyers find the home for them at a great price and help my sellers sell quickly and for top dollar, or in the case of a short sale, to avoid foreclosure. I am a CDPE, "Certified Distressed Property Expert" and I specialize in helping buyers avoid foreclosure by working with their bank to facilitate a short sale. Most of my business is referrals from past customers and repeat clients who are looking to move again.
