Ben actually listened and cared about my needs. He was quick to find the answers to all of my questions, which was a big task because I'm from out of state! He was always prepared and ready to go when I got into town. We looked at 5+ houses a day until we found the perfect one. I am so happy to be in my new house, enjoying life and the beautiful weather here in Florida. Ben took one of the most stressful situations and made it feel like a breeze. As a plus, he was able to negotiate a price that turned out to be less than the appraisal, so I even saved money in the end. Wonderful Agent, Highly Recommended!!

He said they were excellent. Easy to say. But he proved himself when we closed on a house that required several offers and counter offers.
