Benjamin Dohmen

Mr. Dohmen oversees each of the primary activities of Newport Realty, LLC, including apartment leasing, property management & maintenance, residential and commercial brokerage and investments. Mr. Dohmen has over a decade of experience in numerous areas of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Dohmen has been involved in the acquisition, renovation and management of a substantial multifamily portfolio in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood during the past decade. His duties included property identification, underwriting, renovation project management, leasing and brokerage. Prior to Newport Realty, LLC, Mr. Dohmen was involved in commercial real estate mortgage originations for RBS Greenwich Capital, where he was responsible for loan originations and underwriting for multiple property types, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and hospitality assets.
