- Bernadette listed and sold my home
Bernadette helped us to sell our parents condo in North Conway, NH. We found her to have extremely good market knowledge which was very useful to me because I live in Florida and do not know the White Mountain Valley market. Bernadette also lined us up with an excellent staging resource and gave good advice on the maintenance work work we needed to do to maximize the sale. This was a tough decision to spend our parents money (they are in assisted living which is very costly) to fix things up in the speculative hope that it would improve the sale. But her advice was spot on. The condo sold in just a few days. I do not think we underpriced it. Bernie gave us good comps of recent sales, so I think we did well. The staff at Badger is also very friendly and helpful.
