Elizabeth Clement

She was supposed to be good Terrible

Elizabeth has been my agent for many years. She has helped me purchase my last 3 homes, winning at multiple offers each time. She also did an outstanding job listing and selling 2 of my houses which both sold for over full price in just a matter of days. She does a great job staging my houses before putting them on the market. She has her own staging items and doesn’t charge her sellers for this valuable service that i believe the staging, not over done, but nicely done, is why my houses both sold quickly and for above list price! Elizabeth has been an excellent agent over the years. She is professional, knowledgeable, a hardworking, and goes above and beyond for her clients to ensure a smooth transaction and that I was completely happy. She is an outstanding agent on every level! I have referred Elizabeth to many friends, and family members over the years, and they also had only wonderful experiences and nice things to say about having her as their agent!
