I can't say enough great things about Bethany Londyn!!! I was apprehensive in using an online, "no brick and mortar" Real Estate agency. The thought of saving several thousands of dollars paled in comparison to possibly not getting the service I thought may be needed. Here were my main concerns: 1. Would the agent that was assigned to me going to be knowledgeable of my area? 2. Would the agent be available via phone/in person as much as a "traditional" agent? 3. Would I be taken care of through the entire process? Closing, too? I can emphatically say YES to all of the questions above. Bethany was a joy to work with! She had a great attitude from the start. She was local to the area she covered, so was knowledgeable about my neighborhood. She was always prompt in her responses. She was ALWAYS on time for any in-person meetings. Last but not least, Bethany was able to find a buyer without even listing the property!! Her experience as a "traditional" real estate agent truly paid dividends with me. Bethany Londyn has to be one of the brightest individuals in Real Estate and anyone fortunate to have her on their team. This is our third home sold and we cannot say enough about how Bethany handled our transaction. I have never seen an agent who returns your call or text message within seconds.
