It seems like there are practically as many real estate agents in LA as there are houses in LA. (crazy, right?) But here's the thing. For starters, I was a touring drummer for fifteen years in rock bands, living in and out of hotels and tour buses. (Trust me; it's not as glamorous as you think.) After so many years on the road, I've developed a passion for not just finding a place to live, but finding the perfect home. In 2004 I started applying that passion to real estate. My business has sky-rocketed. Bring in a designer, (Stager) who can pinpoint what needs to happen in your home to attract the most people, and gain the emotional edge.
