We absolutely love Beverly! She is quite knowledgeable on the housing trends in the area. Although we qualified for houses with a much higher purchase price, she respected the budget range in which we provided. She also was the level headed voice of reason and helped us take emotion out of the equation and pointed out costly flaws in homes that were aesthetically pleasing. Beverly is the only realtor we will ever work with.
