We purchased our home in Florida as a vacation home for our family. This was a second house and Bill was amazing with guiding us through the entire process! We live over 1,000 miles away and Bill walked us through everything and even helped with little details like helping us find our contact information to get all of the utilities transferred. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my review to you about Bill Hallman. My computer is not up to par. However, Bill is in Tampa, I am in Wisconsin and wanted to put my condo on the market in Treasure Island. Thru my ReMax realtor friend up here I was able to get a recommendation from her as to whom she would recommend. She did some research and informed me that she was impressed with Bill's credentials and diligence in returning her call even tho she contacted him after hours. Long story short, I did indeed contact him was equally impressed, and ask him to represent me. He accepted and without a contract at that time wanted permission to put the listing out there for the upcoming holiday weekend. The offer was received 4 days later, my daughter and I flew down and finalized the transfer.Bill had every detail taken care of as we were in the office of the title company only 30 minutes. We were only in the Treasure Island area for 2 days to remove personal items from the condo.Thank you Bill for the professionalism and consideration you extended to my daughter and me.
