Mr. Bill Weddington was very professional in selling my house. I was immediately impressed with his preparation and homework. Within just a few hours of contacting him, he provide me with all the information I needed to sell the house and the approximate value of the house. This was my first time selling a house and he made me at ease with the process. He provided me a contact for a local contractor who I was very happy with in preparing my house for sale. Bill was recommended to me through a friend. I was not hesitant to hire Bill as my agent because my friend had a great experience with the selling of his home. When I started working with Bill he signed me up for an email service that provided me with updates of homes for sale in West Sacramento and Natomas. The updates were valuable because it kept me abreast of what the local markets were like. I considered myself low maintainance but Bill was available for me when I had questions. It was about 3-4 homes that I placed offers on before I was finally in escrow. During the escrow process Bill had my back and came to me when an issue came up. Bill Weddington is an excellent realtor. He would quickly set up a time to see each house we asked about, so there was no time wasted. There were times where we asked to see the same house multiple times, and although the drive for Bill is about 50 min one way, he would meet us at the house whenever we asked. Bill was wonderful to work with through our home search and home purchase process. He informed us what was going to happen at each step of the process. He referred us to our mortgage company who closed our loan in record time. He went through each piece of paperwork that needed to be signed with us to make sure we understood everything. We had a lot of questions and Bill was very knowledgeable. He made himself available to us throughout the process. He made an additional call to us weekly to let us know what was going to take place that week which was extremely helpful. He was always very professional and was sensitive to any concerns that we had. This was a huge purchase for us and Bill made it so much easier. As a first time home-buyer, I could not have had a better experience with an agent as I did with Bill. His promise to me was that he would take care of me and the transaction, and he definitely kept his word. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable, and since I was new to the whole process, he always made sure to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood what I was signing. He never grew annoyed or frustrated with the hundreds of questions I asked (in fact he welcomed them), and was always prompt at answering my emails and phone calls. Awesome experience!! - 15 Aug 2018I have very little experience with real-estate and I was looking for some one who I felt like I could trust, but also some one that could handle the many many questions I was going to have during the process. Bill was recommended to me from a friend and as soon as we met with him I knew he was our guy. He was always easy to get ahold of and he had the patience to walk me through every step of the process. Aside from all of that, I genuinely liked the guy. The house we ended up buying was one that he had found and thought we might like and it ended up being our dream home (I know that sounds cheesy but its actually true). I can't possibly say enough about how grateful I am for Bill! I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell meet with him. Worked out great for us!!

He would always pay attention to our ideas and concerns. Plus, one of the greatest things about Bill is that it wasnt just about buying and selling a house...he genuinely cared about us. He was in constant communication with us so we were never in the dark about what was going on. He is an extraordinary negotiator. In fact, Ive told many people that if I were to ever need a good attorney, I would want it to be Bill. Looking back on the whole process, we couldnt imagine having anyone else as our realtor.
