From start to finish Monika and her team have been amazing. We started looking for homes with another Relator, but it wasnt working out for us. We met Joe outside an open house and approached him inquiring about Oceanside properties. He immediately followed up and understood our objectives. Since we didnt live in Oceanside he went to several properties and did FaceTime walk throughs for us. When we found a couple homes of interest he established relationships with the other brokers allowing us time to drive 5 hours to Oceanside and see the properties in person. Steve was awesome. He took the time every weekend for several months to show my wife and me everything we wanted to see, even if it was just one property. We had a particular style in mind, so he had to search through a lot of listing to find us the right fit. We lost out on a bunch of offers because of how hot san diegos market is right now, but steve kept our spirits high and finally got us an incredible place!
