Excellent service. I had been trying to buy a home for years but couldn't because of my credit. Bob kaetzel answered my questions when I couldn't even qualify for a home loan. He gave me pointers on what to do to help get my score up. When I finally did he was the only person I wanted to represent me. I closed on my first home last week. It was awesome! April 17, 2010 For those of you that are looking for an agent to sell your house, look no further. Bob did an excellent job at selling our home. He always had our best interest foremost when he was showing the house. We also received reports every morning via email on weather or not there was a showing on that day and then we would also get a feed back report from the agents that were looking at the house. Bob was always there when we needed to ask a question or just ask for advice on things pertaining to the sale of the house.
