Michael started his career in real estate in Northern Virginia in 1992 following in his mother's footsteps who was a Realtor at the time in North Carolina. During this time, he built a highly successful team, selling over $20M in annual real estate sales. He also entered the rehab business, buying, remodeling and selling homes in need of rehabilitation in the Washington, DC metro area. In 2004, he relocated to North Carolina and launched his first real estate brokerage, becoming a Broker (which he still holds this license today) and opening and growing four real estate franchised offices. As the market shifted in 2008, he relocated to Florida and continued his career in real estate. In 2011, he had the opportunity to relocate to the Baltimore, Maryland area and lead the Keller Williams Realty office in Timonium.
