Born and raised in the Gunnison Valley, Bob Overton has spent years exploring all this beautiful area has to offer, from hunting and fishing to boating, camping, and hiking. After moving to Washington, Bob realized his fervor for real estate after purchasing his first investment property. He then obtained his Washington real estate license and specialized in multi-family properties as well as investment properties. He later returned home to the Gunnison Valley, where he is continuing his career in real estate by becoming a licensed real estate broker in Colorado in 2016.
