Amazing realtor and person!

I never met her. Our real estate agent, as buyers, was Samantha Woodward and she was excellent. I do know that Bonnie said the garage refrigerator stayed and when we made a final walk though it was gone...later recovered. Stuff was left in the attic and the back yard that was broken, useless, and up to us to dispose of. I would have thought she would have made sure the sellers were tidier. The garage was filthy, not even broom swept til our realtor asked about it, then the floor was swept, not the cobwebs in the ceiling. She asked our realtor why we made such a low offer ($10.000 less than asking) when the back door was scratched up by a dog and needed to be replaced, the front bedroom window sill was chewed up and needed to be replaced, the microwave door was cracked, the refrigerator shelf was cracked, the plastic kitchen sink was scratched up and the repairs to be done with the roof and A/C pan were left undone. I would never buy a house listed by her again without an even lower offer because her idea of a well kept home is far below my expectations.

Excellent experience, process was very smooth

Bonnie helped us buy our home but poorly represented us and ruined a relationship with the sellers by being unnecessarily aggressive. She asked for things to be done to the house that we didn't ask for which frustrated the sellers (rightfully so) and we didn't find out until later. It made us feel left out of the process and poorly represented. We will be finding another agent to help us sell in the future.
