- Bonnie never responded to my request
Bonnie evicted 2 disabled persons from a home that was not even legal to rent out as it failed code inspection. Both Bonnie and Paul Chiriaco defrauded the tenants and the courts, took rental monies when the rental agreement was null and void not to mention illegal. Both tenants are disabled, one being a veteran and the other having a mental disability. They filed for eviction after tenants complained about not having heat for over a year. Also the property was infested with black mold prior to her moving in the tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM HER.
