Bonnies connections and expertise are the only reasons why we got the house we did. I just want you to know that we think about you all the time. We absolutely love our house! It was a big stretch for us at the time and we were so glad we were able to leverage your wealth of experience to guide us confidently through the process. We still laugh about how I said this is it after being in the house for only about a minute and not even having ventured upstairs. Plus the AMAZING job you did selling our old house. We are writing to express our extreme pleasure with Bonnie Showerman in the recent sale of our single-family home.We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Bonnie guided us through the entire process and we were able to complete the sale of our house in under one month from the day it was listed on the MLS. As a young couple working on the sale of our first home, we were lost. We had our home rented to a family while we lived overseas for a few years and our home was left in less than stellar condition. Unaware of the condition of the home, we used our property management company to list. The home was not market ready despite being told it was in pristine condition. The home was on the market for some time and we were continuously dropping prices and getting feedback that the home was listed too high in price. We started to pursue another agent to give us a second opinion and hopefully list our home for sale. Not knowing where to start, we reached out to Bonnie for some help.
